Q:Does this measure whole blood or plasma?
A:It determines the amount of glucose (sugar) in the plasma fraction of your whole venous blood.

Q:What is the expiry date of strips?
A:The expiration date is located on the vial under the lot number. Keep in mind that upon opening the test strips vial, it is recommended to use them within 6 months for freshness and accuracy.

Q:Do you need a solution for calibration?
A:There is no need for calibration. There is a test fluid included that you use to confirm the accuracy of a box of strips.

Q: What if I don’t like it?
A: We offer a 90 day moneyback guarantee on all our products. We stand behind all of our products and want to know if you are satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, simply give our customer service team a call and they will take care of your concerns.

Q: My order is incomplete. What should I do?
A: For any orders that don’t complete or issue an error message, contact customer service at 1.800.996.5122, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday to confirm your order and your payment information.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders received before 1:00 p.m. PST will ship the same day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. PST will be shipped the following business day (excluding holidays).

Q: How long will it take for my order to get here?
A: All orders are shipped via USPS, and are expected to arrive in 5 to 7 business days from the ship date within the 48 continental states.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping cost is $8.95, additional charges apply for expedited shipping and international orders.

Q: I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
A: Contact us within 15 days of your order date and we will track or replace your order.

Q: Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
A: Yes. We support our product 100%. If you are not satisfied with GlucoGorx®, call 1.800.996.5122. You will receive return information that must be completed within 90 days of the original order shipment for a refund less shipping and handling fee. If more than one bottle was purchased, additional bottles must be returned unopened.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: Any claim for credit or return goods request must be made within ninety (90) days of receipt and require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at customersupport@innovuspharma.com, or call Customer Service at 1.800.996.5122, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, to receive a RMA number. Upon receipt of authorized returned products, a refund for the original purchase price less the original shipping and handling charge (“partial refund”) will be issued. To obtain a partial refund, products must be returned within ninety (90) days of receiving an RMA number.
